A well-established manufacturing group having operations in Kenya and Tanzania has above mentioned vacancy in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The successful candidate shall lead the Sales & Marketing Department of the company and shall be responsible for planning, execution and expansion of company's Sales, Marketing and Distribution functions and meet company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop own Key Account customers, offering high volume opportunities across all sectors.
Identify Premium and Mass product category opportunities.
Manage the customer data base, ensuring follow up and effective new product penetration.
Manage and coordinate customer pricing deals, price offs, seasonal promotions and discounts.
Build key brands and create awareness.
Set weekly, monthly and yearly deliverables against Headline Objectives and regularly report on progress.
To provide annual strategic plans and reports to the General Manager and Directors.
Ensure sales teams are mobile through efficient fleet management and on time delivery.
Ensure professional service cycle from order to delivery to payment collection.
Delegating effectively to ensure Headline Objectives are reached as a team.
