Job Opportunity at EXODUS Solutions, IT Sales Representative


We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as an IT Managed Service Sales Representative. The Sales Rep is responsible for increasing EXODUS' Managed IT Service market share, as well as generating increased revenue within their own developed client base.


  • Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market.
  • Perform outside sales prospecting to identify new client opportunities.
  • Perform sales calls to generate leads and to obtain meetings with perspective clients.
  • Understand a prospective client's business objectives and which EXODUS Managed Service offering provides value to the prospect.
  • Accurately represent EXODUS Managed IT Service offerings to prospective clients
  • Perform Managed Services sales presentations to Prospective clients
  • Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;
  • Focus on both business growth and client retention.
  • Provide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery;
  • Assist in Designing and conducting promotions and presentation when need arises
  • Quotes preparation and follow up.
  • Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys.
  • Produce daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.


  • Technology background or passion for the technology industry
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to manage customer relationships and expectations
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to successfully meet quota and sales objectives
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial sales requiring a self-motivated approach


  • 2-year hands on experience in IT business to business sales.
  • Be willing to work in a small and young environment with an aim of investing massive efforts to boost its development.
  • Confident reliable & driven to succeed.
