Job Description
We are looking for a highly committed, self motivated and hard working person to work as an Intern in office Administrator position to ensure day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks in our company are carried out efficiently.

Main duties

  • Planning, organizing and coordinating office operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate all front desk activities, reservations and booking services
  • Organize meetings, conferences and events (internal and external) and taking minutes as required
  • Maintain office records, oversee a detailed calendar of company events to ensure awareness of upcoming activities, events, and reviews
  • To establish and maintain good relationships with customers/clients, suppliers, contractors and other company stakeholders.
  • Manage all logistics, reconciling expenses, handle payments to suppliers or service providers timely, collect and submit various office documents such as cheques and other office documents
  • Manage all correspondence such as phone calls, e-mail, letters, packages etc.; act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • To support the company in developing project proposals, bids response, presentations, trainings etc
  • Assist in the preparation and timely submission of regularly scheduled reports

Key Requirements

  • Holder of certificate or diploma in related field, a degree will be added advantage
  • Pleasant personality, critical thinking skills, ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency in English and Swahili (oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently and handle highly confidential matters.
  • Experience in handling complex and multiple project, experience in managing agribusiness projects will be an added advantage.
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies, with high typing speed will be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel applications, and social medias, knowledge in office management software will be added advantage
