Detailed Description

  • Ensures bank facilities operate effectively and efficiently; plans, schedules, and oversees building maintenance. 
  • Processes requests from management and staff to ensure requests are completed in a timely fashion; oversees special projects; 
  • Facilities contract management; 
  • Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements; 
  • Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganizing current premises; 
  • Works closely with Senior Management, vendors, contractors and government agencies regarding the placement, expansion renovation or closure of Bank facilities; 
  • Prepares and reviews proposals; assesses needs and recommends effective strategies; 
  • Performs cost estimate and space allocation analysis; 
  • Assist procurement team in price negotiations to optimize return on investment. 
  • Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications, applicable building codes and regulatory laws and regulations. 
  • Performs direct supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas.

Job Requirements 

  • Allocation of bank vehicles to various assignments/use 
  • Management of stationeries and other office supplies 
  • Supervising facilities and administration team on their daily duties 
  • Monitoring performance of various suppliers under his/her portfolio

Academic qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelors of Science/engineering/Management/ business studies or Project management At least four years of relevant experience
