Job Title:  MFS B2B Commercial Manager (Grade 11)  - ( Tanzania )

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for monitoring, drive and ensure key performance targets are met to improve MFS profitability through structured growth and alternative revenue channels such as government, strategic partnership, MFS Projects, product improvements etc. Additionally, this role will identify appropriate opportunities which support MFS’s strategic priorities, evaluate the benefits, develop agreements and work across functional areas to develop and deliver MFS’s corporate plans.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for designated Products and Services portfolio Management for the Government and Transportation Sector 
  • Responsible for designated Products and Services full P&L, penetration and adoption.
  • Lead the design and delivery for the segment end-to-end plan 
  • Indirectly work with the MFS Sales team to maximize the segment acquisitions and revenues 
  • Negotiate products and services rate in line with the approved budget
  • Increase MFS market intelligence by maintaining a broad and up to date knowledge on competitor activities, market drivers and external influences on MFS business
  • Foreseen company interest on the agreements with business entities and ensure the action points are being done
  • Identify opportunities in the designated customer base/segment and create both promotional and non-promotional campaigns to increase penetration, ARPU, ARPA, product adoption and usage
  • Ensure the P&L accuracy and quality reporting of the product(s) or promotions performance to management.
  • Owner of BTL and ATL campaigns / promotions/ communications of designated products and services or any other BTL or ATL campaigns via any channel required or assigned by management
  • Perform Time to Time CUs (Consumer Understanding) to understand behaviour and / or pain points of our customers and provide insights to key development opportunities
  • Owner of designated products and services lifecycle from development, testing, launching, growth, maintenance, experience and quality
  • Responsible to prepare Business Cases, seeking required approvals and ensuring and overseeing all implementation process from end to end for items above that may need such a process
  • Facilitate development and optimization of processes to improve product performance
  • Come up with marketing initiatives to promote awareness of our services and partners
  • Other tasks assigned by management


QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE &COMPETENCIES

  • University degree in marketing/sales /communication management/ business administration-an MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of commercial roles 
  • Clear understanding of the Tanzanian market 
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to engage in effective and persuasive negotiations and strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Job Title: MFS B2B Support Implementation Specialist (Grade 9)

Job Country: Tanzania

JOB PURPOSE 
This role will be responsible with technical integration of Tigo Pesa platforms with other systems. The role will support Tigo Pesa partners in the entire integrating process including testing and going live.

Key Responsibilities
Process integration requests and provide relevant information to technical stakeholders

  • Verify that all Tigo Pesa integration requests from third parties have been approved by all internal stakeholders
  • Check if all Information Technology Systems of third party companies comply with Information Technology policy of the company 
  • Perform system configurations to connect various Tigo Pesa platforms with third party systems
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise out of integration stage and document the root cause and the resolution
  • Configure the required access rights to different roles (users) of third party companies
  • Provide timely feedback about the status of technical integrations to all stakeholders


Testing of new integrations with third party companies

  • Inform third parties of the testing procedure and the tools required to perform each procedure
  • Contact third party companies when technical integration is ready and inform them of the testing procedure
  • Document the minimum testing requirements needed to be performed on different integrations
  • Design test cases to properly check every functionality offered in the integration from the perspective of a customer
  • Perform tests for new integrations, new product launches and product modifications in collaboration with internal and third party stakeholders.
  • Sign off the User Acceptance Test of every integration prior to go live


Customer relations

  • Ensured that the customer experience is of the highest possible quality and customers are treated fairly with focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Personal involvement to win and retain large / complex accounts and develop / maintain strategic customer relationships
  • Networking with other companies executives in order to generate new business for the company.


Qualification and Experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Solid technical skills

Job Title: Key Account Manager (Grade 9)  - ( Tanzania )
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for generating revenue by closing sales. Sells products and services directly to the company’s larger customers primarily via face-to-face contact. Develops strong relationships with these accounts to ensure sensitivity to the customer’s needs, concerns, and emerging requirements. Responsible for credit
/debt management and revenue collection. Responsible for all customers documentations’ (preparation and filling) – including contract forms and all relevant application forms.

Managing Key Accounts-Develop, implement and control account development plans to maximize new and repeat sales from the accounts .Develop sound business relationships with corporate client organizations, representing the company as a professional, quality organization, in order to maximize awareness and use of our service.Ensure that all customer information is entered accurately and in a timely fashion on to the required Tigo customer database

Customer Retention-To achieve agreed retention targets within an existing corporate sector account portfolio.

To be the central point of contact for all Corporate Sector Account sales related issue within the customer portfolio and the conduit for customer communication for all other service related situations
Ensure bills are paid as per the agreed credit policy

Documentation and filling-Ensure all account opening applications forms are dully updated and used for activations
Ensure all documentations are filled in designated areas and ready to be available whenever required
Advice any required input to improve safe keeping of the customer records/database.

Credit Control-Ensure activation forms are verified prior to account opening .Ensure all the bills are paid as per the credit policy
Highlight credit risks and advice management accordingly and timely

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience in account acquisition/management.
