Job Description
We are currently seeking a candidate to attend to customer service support for our Tanzania operations.
Candidate’s job will including field and attending to customer queries and orders via phone, message, email, and in person.

Candidate will also be in charge of attending to queries and correspondence coming in from the company’s Facebook page.
The candidate’s task will be to act as a communications channel between Tanzania customers and company headquarters.
Candidate must be proficient in both Swahili and English. He/she must also be self-motivated, disciplined, honest, dynamic, and ambitious.
This is an entry-level position; promotion opportunities down the road will be available to candidates who display the tenets of our company’s work culture.
