  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients and visitors in finding their way around the office.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Any other work-related duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor.

Qualifications, experience and skills

  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili;
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent qualifications.
  • Have strong analytical skills and be capable of solving problems.
  • Good networking skills, sound judgement and the ability to extract, interpret and present information and data.
  • Good time management skills
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Confidentiality and integrity
  • Good public relations skills.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

A young lady aged 18-25 years.
