Main purpose of the job
Recognize potential clients and establish a strong relationship between the customer and
the company by tending to all the needs and demands of the customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and other freelancers, both directly and through Technical/Project Managers within the Platform
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirement
  • Managing loyalty customer
  • To build and maintain relationship of the company and customer
  • To inform, remind and persuade target customers
  • Monitoring daily sales by setting sales target
  • To handle all complains and queries faced by customers
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report

Problem solving and planning:

  • Deal tactfully with impatient or demanding customers
  • Treat all customers equally
  • Refer problems falling outside parameters to Line Management for resolution
  • Able to take initiative within limits of authority

Key performance measures

  • 2-3 years of service in any reputable organization
  • Personal Competencies:
  • Good planning skills to meet the agreed target
  • Strong networking skills
  • Able to communicate and write fluently English and Swahili
  • Professional appearance
  • Well organized and punctual
  • Ability to extract Report
