Assistant Human Resources Manager 

HR World limited on behalf our esteemed client a construction company, we are looking for an assistant Human Resources Manager with Legal background

Roles:

  • Develop & implement approved HR policies that are in line with country best practices 
  • Organize the recruitment, hiring, selection, vetting & on boarding process following company recruitment policy & procedure
  • Organize timely monthly payroll & approve for payment
  • Lead disciplinary & grievance processes
  • Ensure decision made & executed are in line with country labor laws & in line with company policy & procedure
  • Ensure new employees are reviewed & contracts are confirmed in writing on time
  • Ensure all employees have a job description, perfomances objectives set, appraisal forms are signed & appraisal is conducted as per company policy & procedure

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in HR field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Deep understanding of Tanzania Labor Laws
