  • Hazelnut pear (Hazelnut sponge cake, pear compote, spiced pear)
  • Truffle chocolate praline (Truffle sponge cake, chocolate ganache, hazelnut praline, truffle cream)
  • Chocolate Cheesecake Caramel (Chocolate sponge cake, chocolate cheesecake, chocolate caramel, caramel toffee)
  • Blueberry-Lavender Cheesecake (Vanilla sponge cake, kurd blueberry, ganache lavender blueberry, blueberry cheesecake)
  • Blackberry lime (Sponge cake with lime zest, blackberry cheesecake, lime cream, blackberry filling)

  • The theory of sponge cakes, fillings on different gelling agents, three types of leveling cream. Assembling and strengthening a three-tiered cake.
  • Decor: chocolate (balls, abstractions, coloring of chocolate and forms, twists)
  • Work with isomalt, drawing on cream, drawing on ganache, velor of sponge cake, wafer paper,live floristics.

Dedicate the decor all day! Completely practice, 3 days for 8 hours.
