Role Description
This is an internship role for a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating and communicating with clients to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions. The role requires analytical skills to track and report on client service metrics. This is an on-site role located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Client Services, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Analytical Skills for tracking and reporting on client service metrics
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Experience in PR or Marketing industry is advantageous
