Required Qualifications: Oye Microcredit Company Limited

Education:

• Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing,
  Technology or other related field.

Experience:

• In Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities: Oye Microcredit Company Limited

• Manage the entire cycle of credit and savings products, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s goals and customer needs.
• Establish strategies to promote product usage, increase revenue, and ensure product competitiveness in the market.
• Collaborate with various teams and partners to coordinate discussions, checklists and product launches.
• Communicate with partners in a timely manner regarding service updates and daily operations.
• Ensure that products and their operations comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in setting up automated work systems and simplifying operations for greater efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports, provide analysis and recommendations to management and partners.
• Design and implement product advertising campaigns to increase customer usage and participation.

Key Skills (Abilities):

• Good ability to analyze information and convert it into actionable steps.
• Be a self-motivated, responsible and independent person in work.
• Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, in English or Kiswahili.
• Knowledge or experience in project management will be given priority.
